Sit quietly and think of someone you care about deeply. Send them wishes for happiness, health, and peace. Then, extend these wishes to yourself and gradually to all beings. This practice cultivates compassion and empathy, fostering a sense of interconnectedness with others.
4. Guided Visualization
Imagine a place that brings you joy and tranquility, such as a peaceful beach or a serene forest. Picture yourself there, engaging all your senses. Feel the warmth of the sun, hear the sounds of nature, and breathe in the fresh air. Guided visualizations can reduce stress and anxiety, creating a mental sanctuary for relaxation.

5. Gratitude Meditation
Reflect on the things you are grateful for in your life. It could be simple pleasures like a delicious meal or cherished relationships. With each breath, express gratitude for these blessings. Practicing gratitude can shift your focus from lack to abundance, fostering a positive outlook on life.
